About the event
The 3rd annual Sparkling Wine Symposium hosted in Traverse City looks to facilitate conversation among winemakers that produce sparkling wines to help improve overall understanding and quality of sparkling wine production. Winemakers are encouraged to share production methods including both viticulture and enology notes to help collaborating wineries benefit from each others expertise and experience. NoMi is built for sparkling wines and should be part of our overall premium wine storytelling.
