About the event
John has been sucessful in establishing vineyards and getting 1/4 to 1/2 crop from the vineyard in just the second year. He is graciously presenting his method of vineyard establishment.
We'll meet by the white farm house with green shutters near a red barn with a white roof. We will plan on traveling by car pools to the north of the property to see the merlot vineyard planted last May. It is currently cropped at about two tons per acre. It should create plenty of discussion.
