Summer Blind Tasting Featuring Blaufränkisch

Taste  12 Blaufränkisch—6 from around the globe and 6 100% Michigan-grown & produced—curated  and facilitated by Amanda Danielson at Trattoria Stella.

P45 is hosting this tasting of twelve wines made from Blaufränkisch beginning at noon on Tuesday, June 25 at Trattoria Stella.

The  goal of this event is to inspire grape growers and winemakers by  exploring exceptional examples of this well-known and widely planted  variety.

The  wines will cover a wide range in both location, bottle pricing and  methods to illustrate market trends in addition to addressing different  winemaking inputs.

There  will be three flights of four wines each tasted double blind, with a  single reveal followed by a full reveal after each flight.

Included  in the cost of admission is the guided tasting of 12 wines, light  charcuterie, and the opportunity for focused and collaborative  discussion with colleagues.
