About the event

Preliminary examination and discussion on ProGibb Trial:

Gibberellic Acid is a plant hormone used in multiple crops for a variety of reasons. In grapes, when applied in a specific time frame it can cause elongation of the Rachis reducing cluster compaction.  Our trial is using ProGibb 40% alone as well as with two different Wilbur Ellis Adjuvants (Embrece-EA and Talavera) to see if we can successfully elongate the rachis in Pinot Blanc and Riesling. If we are successful this could be a beneficial tool to mitigate Botrytis in a cost effective way.
